BARWITE PINOT NOIR 2015
The grapes were harvested mid March after a warm growing season and then underwent fermentation in open fermenters, plunged dialy. Post ferment it spent 12 months in new and older French oak puncheons.
On the nose it has beautiful plum,raspberry & red berry aromas with soe spice tones, whilst on the palate it has velvety tannins and a long smooth finish. Cellar for up to 3 years. Matches well with Duck and Asian inspired dishes.
